Shipping rates for our products shipped via different shipping service levels are as follows:

2. How we estimate your delivery date
We add the time it takes to process and create your order to the estimated time it takes to ship your order from our facilities to your destination address. Your estimated shipping date will be emailed to you and will appear in the "My Orders" section of your Hoorray profile.
3. Order processing times
We want you to be thrilled with every photo gift you create at Hoorray, hence we make sure every order is custom made according to your specifications and checked for quality before leaving our printing facilities.
Every order submitted on a business day before 3pm (EST) will be sent to our printing facilities the same day, otherwise we will
send it the next business day.
The printing process takes several days to complete depending on the type of photo gift you chose:
- • Photo Books and Card orders are typically shipped within 5-6 business days
- • Photo Prints orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days

5. Billing, order status, and tracking
When you place an order with us, we will bill you when the items are shipped. If your order contains multiple items that may be shipped at different times, we will charge your credit card once all items are shipped. Please see our help page for more information.
6. Multiple Packages
Orders containing both photos and cards will be shipped separately as they are produced at separate printing facilities. You will not be billed for your order until all packages are shipped.
7. 2009 Holiday Season Shipping Deadlines
To receive your order by December 24th, 2009, your order must be placed by the following date, as listed below:
