1. What's my password?
If you forgot your password, you can reset it by clicking on the link below.

2. How do I change my e-mail address at Hoorray?
If you want to change the e-mail address that you use at Hoorray, contact customerservice@hoorray.com. We will assist you promptly.
3. Where can I edit My Profile information?
  • Once you have logged in to Hoorray, go to "My Homepage".
  • Click on "My Profile".
  • Then click on "Edit Profile Information" and you will be able to make changes.
4. What if my photo is a non-standard size?
You may edit the size (dimensions) of your photos as necessary.

  • After logging in at Hoorray, go to "My Homepage".
  • Click on "View My Photos".
  • Click on the photo you want to edit.
  • Click on "Edit This Photo" and you will be able to change the size (dimensions) of your photo.
5. How do I transfer photos from my digital camera to my computer?
It's easy! Just plug the narrow end of the USB cable that came with your digital camera into your camera, and plug the wider end into any available USB port on your computer. Then follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that each digital camera manufacturer uses a its own version of camera software.
6. I have photo prints. How do I scan them into Hoorray?
With our easy One-Step Scanning, you can save your photo prints directly to Hoorray.

  • After logging in, simply go to "My Homepage" and choose "Import Photos".
  • Then, when asked how you want to import your photos, choose "From your scanner".

You will be guided step-by-step and, before you know it, you'll have dozens of printed photos saved and ready for easy sharing with family and friends!
7. What are the system requirements to use Hoorray?
Hoorray supports all major browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and above, Firefox and Safari. We support both Windows and Mac operating systems. Plus, at Hoorray, you have free access to all our easy-to-use features -- and there's no special software to download!
